Step-by-step directions from King's Cross Station
Take the Regent's Canal exit. You should see a large bird cage sculpture in front of you. Turn right to join King's Boulevard – a pedestrian route going north, up a slight hill. When you come to the top of the boulevard, cross the zebra crossing onto a bridge over Regent’s Canal. You should be facing Central Saint Martins and the fountains (although they may be turned off!). This is Granary Square.
If you walk past the black Lighterman restaurant, you will find us at the north-east corner of Granary Square, the building to the right of Central Saint Martins. The entrance to House of Illustration is on the side facing the grassy area. Do not enter via the entrance that says ‘Art Fund’ – we are the entrance on the opposite side of the building.
