I can no longer attend the course/masterclass/session – can I get a refund?
We are not able to give refunds. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another person.

We are not able to transfer your ticket to a different course or class.
The course/masterclass/session is fully booked – can you put me on a waiting list?
We are not able to operate waiting lists for fully booked classes and courses.
What materials do I need for the course/masterclass/session?
Any materials needed are specified in the course or class description.

Is the course/masterclass/session for beginners? What level of knowledge is required?
Most courses and masterclasses are suitable for a range of levels of skills and experience unless otherwise specified in the description.
I have booked a ticket but only received a PayPal confirmation – am I actually booked on your course?
Yes – your PayPal receipt is confirmation of your booking.
Can my 16 year old child attend your session?
Unfortunately not – all our masterclasses and courses are for those aged 18 and over. We do not currently have a young people’s programme.
