*We are no longer accepting applications: the Fair is now full*
This will be our seventh major fair in King’s Cross. The event, which is free for the public to attend, has built up a great reputation as a way to view and buy the work of a cross section of practitioners. We once again anticipate an audience within the thousands eager to discover beautiful and diverse work ranging from prints, publications, artwork, ceramics and more.
The cost of a stand is £77 for the day.
We have room for 100 stands, making this one of the largest events of its type. A stand consists of a standard 6’ x 2.5’ table, one chair and two vertical wooden batons securing ‘washing lines’ from which light weight work can be hung at the rear of the stand.
If you would like to be considered please download the application form below and return it as a word document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fair will take place underneath the Handyside Canopy, next to House of Illustration. This is a large, open plan, covered space. It is easy to find, nearby the major King’s Cross transport hub and there is already good footfall with people visiting the flagship Waitrose store next door. Exact audience figures are difficult to record but we anticipate several thousand to flock to the event.
Setup is on Saturday 30 June from 8am, and your stand must be ready in advance of 11am when the event is scheduled to start. We ask also that you stay until the end of the event at 5pm.
As always we anticipate a big response from illustrators, artists and independent publishers, so we recommend submitting the application form early to avoid disappointment. Successful applicants will receive further information regarding setup and marketing once they have been formerly accepted.
